The last two stories take a closer look at some psychedelic news with an update about Olympia’s “natural” psychedelic decriminalization resolution and closing out the news segment, the hosts talk about the recent FDA decision on MDMA and an update about Mathew Perry’s ketamine related death Interview This episode Lukas interviews researchers Genine Coleman, executive director of Origins Council and Khalil Ferguson, CEO of The United Core Alliance about the Legacy Cannabis Project in California. During the interview the three talk about: What is legacy cannabis?; How the study will preserve the rich oral history surrounding California’s “legacy” cannabis community?; How the study will help establish intellectual property rights for over policed communities most affected by the drug war.; And, the overall objectives of the study, among other things.
