“i am a self-taught multidisciplinary artist from tacoma, wa. my primary expression comes in the form of large colorful abstract acrylic paintings, macro and artistic digital photography, as well as poetry. while all my work carries a sense of emotion, poetry is the tool i use to explore language, communication, and emotion in more direct works. my topics typically revolve around politics and where they intersect with our personal lives, the weight of life itself, or personal experiences. recently, i have come to think of myself as a sort of warrior philosopher-poet due to the challenging nature of my words and the insights i achieve, both of which i am willing to back up with a fury unseen among many art types.”
